Please pack all your product returns with proper packaging (Bubble Wrap, Pinup, Etc.) to ensure that they arrive to our facility in a safe and secure manner. The RMA process is normally processed within 24-48 hours upon arrival. Once your order is received, we will send out a notification email for immediate credit back to your account. If you would like for the return products to be exchanged out, please contact us so we can have the credit removed and exchanged at no cost to you. Rest assured, all our products are covered under our Lifetime Warranty however physical damage or if the product is not ours will be considered a rejection from our end.
