What are the delivery options for online purchases?

  •  Mobile mart provides a variety of easy delivery choices when you shop online so you may get your products whenever you choose. Based on the items in your cart and where you need them delivered, we’ll offer you the available alternatives and delivery fee when you check out.

What are same-day delivery and dispatch services cut-off times and delivery times?

  •  Please be aware that whether the order ships the same day or the next depends on when we receive payment confirmation along with it. However, depending on where you are, please allow it 1–5 business days to arrive at your address. 

Where is my order? How do I track my order? 

  •  After your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link based on the delivery option you choose at checkout. With the same email address, you used for guest checkout, login or create an account to view your purchases. Select the Order number to see more information. Depending on the delivery method you        choose during checkout, tapping the tracking number will lead you to either the Australia Post or Toll tracking site. 

What is Click and Collect?

  •  It’s simple to order online and pick up your things at your nearest mobile mart store with click and collect. Wait for a message from us about your collection after placing your order online. As soon as your order is prepared for collection, we’ll email and SMS you to let you know. Orders are often ready for pickup within an hour of purchase, or the next day if you made your order after store hours.

How to return faulty goods?

  • The quickest alternative is to bring the damaged item and in-store receipt or online tax invoice for proof of purchase to your local mobile mart store. Our helpful staff will evaluate the problem immediately and offer a workable solution. 

What documents must I present to receive a refund?

  • You need to show that the item was bought from us in order to get a refund; hence a receipt of purchase is necessary.

Placing orders and order cancellations- 

  • How to place orders from mobile mart website- Enter the product name, brand, or category of the item you’re looking for in the search box at the top of the page to find it. Once you’ve located the item, click “Add to cart.”When you’re ready, click “My Cart” to view or check out your cart. Fill up your contact information, select your delivery options, and finish the purchase process by following the instructions at the checkout. Type in your payment information. Verify your information, and then click Pay now. We’ll send you a confirmation email with all the specifics and delivery/collection information as soon as your order is complete. Contact us if anything doesn’t appear right, and a member of our support staff will take care of it for you. 
  • How to cancel my online orders – To pack and ship orders as quickly as possible, we work quickly. We should be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t been packed yet. Please be aware that once an order has been approved, it may not be possible to amend or cancel it.

  • What are your business trading hours? – We are open from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Please place your order online at least one hour before you want to pick it up.  

Warranty ON Parts & Warranty Conditions- 

  • Do online mobile parts purchased from mobile mart come with warranty? 

On all components purchased from the invoice date, Mobile Mart provides a 6-month national warranty; however, this warranty has the following exclusions: – 

  1. Any physical damage proof voids the guarantee.
  2. Any sign of distortion, including bending, twisting, or discoloration, renders the warranty null and void.
  3. The warranty is automatically void in the event that the part sustains electrical damage as a result of a board-level short circuit or an improper connection.
  4. The warranty is automatically void if the part has liquid damage.
  5. Any evidence of improper installation, such as the use of the wrong-sized screws that leave marks on the part, will void the warranty.

What are the Warranty conditions for repaired devices?

  • The warranty offered by Mobile Mart for repaired devices is only valid for ninety (90) days after the repair was collected and only covers the replaced parts. Any additional issues the device may have that are unrelated to the replaced parts or other repair process are not the responsibility of Mobile Mart.
